Parade of Homes St. George 2010 House #11…still on my mind!

To those that may have missed the post about the St. George, Utah Parade of Homes in February, I thought I would remind you how WONDERFUL this house was. It was number 11. I loved it. I just thought I’d remind you all again. Sigh. Doesn’t it just look dreamy? Honestly I can’t stop thinking about it.

The Heritage Hotties (Heritage Design) decorated this bad boy. Their names are Joni Christensen, Joelle Nelson, Chris Hafer, and Lorna Larsen. The house was built by Hoopes Construction.

ALSO…I have some exciting news. I called the Heritage Design center (soooo nice by the way) to find out the paint color in the bedroom with the two twin beds and they said it is called Silver Sage by Restoration Hardware. BUT…here’s a tip, the Heritage Hotties got the paint matched at Jones Paint and Glass. A friend of mine just went and bought some and it was only $18.00 a gallon!

Do you want to move in to that house with me? šŸ™‚

  1. Just painted my master bedroom this color & had the paint color-matched at Walmart for about $15/gallon. Totally LOVE the color of my room now. And yes. Yes I will move in with you. Only in #11. Because that house is BEYOND rad.

  2. I LOVED this house! My friend took some awesome pictures of this home that I'm posting on my blog… in the next couple of days.
I'm TOTALLY with you, about moving in!
    Isnt' it SO beautiful!?!?

  3. It would still be on my mind too!

My favorite things: The pendants in the kitchen. I feel like the drum pendants are getting a little overdone but the black trim on them is stunning and makes me love them all over again.

I also ADORE that dining table. I actually wish I hadn't seen it because I'm in the middle of refinishing what I thought was my dream table and now I have a new dream table. I so wish I could have walked through that house myself because I'm sure there are a million great details to experience in person.

  4. Oh my gosh that was my favourite house! I took so many pictures. The colors throughout the house are so delicious!

  5. I love all the colors at Restoration Hardware! I painted my kitchen and family room Silver Sage several years ago. Love, love, love it! Sometimes it looks blue, sometimes it looks green, sometimes it looks gray, but it always looks soothing and beautiful! By the way, I had the color matched at Sherwin Williams because it was cheaper and I think their paint goes on so smoothly and covers so well! Yes, that house is amazing…at least I have the paint! šŸ™‚

  6. Eek! That kitchen is fabulous and that door/room divider makes me swoon- almost enough to move to Utah…maybe they could just bring the house to Idaho šŸ˜‰

  7. I can't stop thinking about that house either! I love the light and darks together. The bedroom color reminds me a lot of the color we picked for my son's room that we got from mysweetsavanah –her personal mix of robin's egg blue. I love how her shade doesn't change drastically with the light. It is so relaxing to go in my boys room! Oh, I WISH I COULD HAVE SEEN HOUSE 11 IN PERSON!!!

  8. We are so excited so many of you loved this home. It is still for sale!!! It can be viewed by anyone coming to St. George. Thanks for keeping it in mind. Love to show it. LeAnne Hoopes
