Brownie Cookie Recipe {sealed with a KISS} All Things Delicious

brownie cookies

I made six dozen of these cookies last night for a church event. They were really easy and delicious.

Here’s how you make these bad boys… {I say “bad” because I need them all to be delivered as soon as possible. I don’t want to eat any more of them!!}

1 devil’s food cake mix {I prefer Betty Crocker}

1/3 c. oil

2 eggs

YEP, only three ingredients!

Unless you want to seal them with a Hershey’s kiss like I did. 🙂

Cook at 350 degrees for 10 minutes on a greased cookie sheet. As soon as the cookies are taken out, add the kiss to the top. They are super easy and my kids LOVE them.

I can’t eat any more cookies or it will cancel out my workout this morning!! AHHHH!

Every so often I love to share a recipe or two here at All Things Thrifty! These recipes can be found by clicking this image:All Things Delicious

  1. I learned this recipe from my college roommate and she would always say "it's as easy as 1-2-3…1 cake mix, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup oil." I've remembered it ever since. These also make perfect homemade oreos, just make them a little smaller, cook for 8 minutes, and put your favorite frosting between two of them. And, I've done these with every cake mix out there…cherry, lemon, spice. The sky is the limit.

  2. My Mom has made them forever. We are the same way. We make them with every kind of cake mix!

  3. Thanks Abbie! I love that I have the ingredients on hand 95% of the time! It's our go to Sunday night treat.

  4. Brooke, I just made these. SO yummy. I hear ya on eating them all, I'm in trouble, haha. I sprinkled my second batch with course sea salt before I baked them, Mmmm. Ooh, caramel kisses would be tasty too…

  6. ok, so my sister and i make these kind of cookies all the time too…BUT my sister melts semi sweet bakers chocolate squares (use half the package per box of cake mix) and it makes the cookies a little bit more fudgy and chewy! pure heaven in my mouth!
