Seriously Delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies {with a secret trick}

Happy Thursday friends! Today I am sharing you with my absolute favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe. I actually can’t believe I haven’t shared it with you before now! And while I realize there are probably a bajillion CCC recipes online, this one {in my opinion} is still the best.

I realize at first glance that this seems like your typical cookie recipe but I’ll let you in on a little secret:  You add a shredded Hershey Bar!! You. Guys. I can’t even make other CCC recipes because they just don’t compare and believe me when I say, I have tried! 😉

  9. Don't over bake!
  10. {When it comes to shredding your chocolate bar, you can use anything from a cheese grater to a chopper to a blender.}

    1. I’m not entirely sure! Ha! That’s just how I’ve always done it. I think it’s just to give the cookie extra flavor and texture without the bulky oatmeal. Hope this helps! xo

  1. Add a small box of French Vanilla Pudding to this recipe. Also, use Guittard’s Chocolate Chips. I like the taste of them better than the others.

  2. 5 stars
    Try adding crumbs from your box of frosted mini wheats instead of the oatmeal. (or crush them up if you aren’t quite done with the box of cereal) You’ll never go back to your old recipe.
