I received Quick-Step flooring and accessories for this project free of charge to facilitate my review.
Well friends. Today is the day! It’s the final room in our Quick•Step laminate flooring makeover/reveal and I just could not be happier with how everything turned out! This whole house is completely different in such an amazing way and it just makes me so happy every time I get to see it!
If you follow All Things Thrifty on Facebook, then you got a little sneak peak with our Facebook Live of the space. If you want to check out a video of Jo’s house, check out a replay of that Facebook Live, HERE.
I texted Jo the other day and asked if she was still liking everything in her living room and she responded with, “YES! It is so amazing! I just sit in here all day and yell at my kids to GET OUT every second so they don’t mess anything up!” Ha! She’s kidding… I think. 😉
I’m sad to see our daily bonding over throw pillows, potted plants and endless Target runs come to an end BUT I know this won’t be the last of our decorating shenanigans! 😉
Anyway, enough of my chit chat… here is the gorgeous living room in all it’s amazing decorated glory!
What do you think? Want to move in?
Our main goal for this room was: warm and inviting. It’s a BIG space so it was hard to A. not fill it full and have it seem crowded but then B. have it feel empty.
BUT… everything came together exactly as we hoped! From the pillows to the coffee table, and then that rug!! It was fun shopping for all the little decor on the shelves too!
That chair in the corner was one I had leftover from another project and it’ll work perfectly for them until something more permanent comes along!
The Quick•Step flooring makes this room seem so much more open! And the best part is how kid-friendly it has been!! With 4 kids that is definitely something that is important!
Isn’t this gallery wall so cute! The frames were an Amazon find and the deer is from Tai Pan! The two Meier signs were made by Jo and the door with the wreath came from our friend Amy.
Just a reminder… this is what we started with:
And then one last shot of the finished product, all decorated:
Can you even believe this is the same home?
