Basil Pasta Salad
A deliciously fresh pasta salad, perfect for summer!

ounces
bowtie pasta

medium avocado's
coarsely chopped in bug chunks {totally optional}

strips of bacon
cooked and crumbled

c
chopped fresh basil; cut off stem and chopped very fine

Tbsp
lemon juice

Tbsp
olive oil

cloves
mince garlic

1/4
c
shredded parmesan cheese

1/4
tsp
pepper

1/8
tsp
salt

Cook and drain pasta according to package.

In another bowl, combine all the ingredients except bacon- add that last. Mix all together, then sprinkle with your parmesan cheese.

Enjoy!
This salad is only good for about 24-36 hours. I like to make it just a couple hours prior just so it has time to set up but is still fresh!
