Cheesy Bacon Potato Corn Chowder

A delicious kid favorite soup recipe.

Ingredients

  • 3 T Salted Butter
  • 1 bag frozen hash browns [cubed]
  • 32 oz chicken stock
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • 1 t onion salt
  • 1 can of whole kernel corn undrained
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 8 oz Creem cheese
  • 8 strips of bacon chopped
  • 2 cups grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in pot
  2. Add potatoes and stir to cook for about 5 minutes to warm up potatoes
  3. Add chicken stock
  4. Add garlic powder and onion salt and stir
  5. Turn heat to high
  6. Add can of corn {undrained}
  7. Stir in can of cream of chicken soup
  8. Stir in can of Cheddar soup
  9. Once the soup is mixed thoroughly, add cream cheese. {Cut it into small squares first}
  10. Add bacon and grated cheese
  11. Stir until cream cheese is fully melted
  12. ENJOY!
