Course Dessert
Servings 6 popsicles
Author Laurie Beth

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut Greek Yogurt (I ADORE Trader Joe's Brand)
  • 1/4 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 cup Orange, Peach, Mango Juice (Trader Joes)
  • 1 drop Red & Yellow Dye (As Needed for Orange Hue)
  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt with milk to make it soupy. I add 1 tablespoon at a time until the mixture drips from my spoon. Pour small amount into bottom of the mold. Freeze for 30 minutes.

  2. Add red and yellow dye to the OPM juice until it is orange. Add this juice on top of the coconut yogurt layer filling 2/3 of the way. Freeze this layer for 1 hour.

  3. Finally fill the popsicle mold with pineapple juice and push in the sticks. If you followed my timelines, this shouldn't be an issue. Freeze for another 2 hours.

  4. Enjoy your candy corn popsicles

Recipe Notes

  • If the sticks do not want to go in, heat them with very hot water.
  • If you want to avoid dyes, use a sweetened carrot juice.
