Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Sundae

An easy to make gluten free dessert for summer!

Ingredients

  • 1 container Gluten Free Cookie Dough
  • Gluten Free Ice Cream
  • Whip Cream
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Cherries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray your muffin tin with cooking spray
  3. Take large tablespoonfuls of dough & press into the bottom of each well of your muffin tin - they should be packed in & filled about 1/2 - 3/4 full.
  4. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown & no longer gooey in the center.
  5. Cool IN your muffin tins at least 10 minutes before removing - serve warm
  6. Top with one large scoop of gluten free ice cream of choice
  7. Add whip cream, chocolate syrup & cherry.
