Easy Coconut Truffles

Easy Coconut Truffles are a simple treat recipe made with only 4 ingredients. Perfect for holidays, potlucks and parties. These are a favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can canned coconut creme (the thick stuff scooped off the top)
  • 3 oz dark chocolate
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 cups shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Combine the chocolate and the coconut creme in a medium bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals until melted, stirring in between each interval.
  2. Stir in coconut flour until combined.
  3. Let sit at room temperature to chill and firm for at least 1 hour.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-size portions out and roll between hands to form a ball.
  5. Roll in coconut to coat and place on a lined baking sheet or plate.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
