Watermelon Lemon Sorbet
Watermelon Lemon Sorbet is a quick & easy frozen treat you can enjoy all summer long. Made with only 4 simple ingredients, you can't beat it.

granulated sugar

cup
of water

cups
fresh watermelon - cubed

1/4
cup
lemon juice

Place the water & sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.

Bring to boil & cook until sugar is dissolved & you have your simple syrup.

Remove from heat & allow to cool while you cube & prep your melon.

In a blender, mix together the watermelon cubes, lemon juice & your syrup.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into your ice cream maker & churn for 15-20 minutes.

Transfer to an airtight container & freeze for another couple hours.
