Watermelon Lemon Sorbet

Watermelon Lemon Sorbet is a quick & easy frozen treat you can enjoy all summer long. Made with only 4 simple ingredients, you can't beat it.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 8 cups fresh watermelon - cubed
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Place the water & sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to boil & cook until sugar is dissolved & you have your simple syrup.
  3. Remove from heat & allow to cool while you cube & prep your melon.
  4. In a blender, mix together the watermelon cubes, lemon juice & your syrup.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Pour into your ice cream maker & churn for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Transfer to an airtight container & freeze for another couple hours.
