Combine both tubes of crescent rolls together and mush onto greased cookie sheet. Bake @ temperature indicated on package or until golden brown.
While baking, mix together cream cheese, sour cream and Italian dressing until combined.
Spread on top of rolls when cooled.
Top cream cheese and sour cream mixture with veggies. I like to use: shredded carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, diced bell peppers... basically anything you have on hand is super yummy.
