Easy Veggie Pizza

Happy Thursday friends! We are almost to the weekend and I couldn’t be more excited about it. I am ready to sleep in plus try and get some things done around my house! Do you ever feel that way? Anyway, last Sunday for the Super Bowl, Brooke graciously invited us over to watch the Justin Timberlake concert errrr… I mean the game šŸ˜‰ and eat lots of yummy food! I made a couple different things and one of them was this veggie pizza! I will say 4 outta 5 people in my family all commented on this {and it wasn’t in favor of said pizza! Ha} That’s ok, their LOSS! šŸ˜‰

However the most important people there that night DID in fact love this little veggie situation and that’s all that matters to me! So there you have it. But it really is so so easy and really yummy!

Veggie Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 Tubes Crescent Rolls
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 1 pkg Italian Dressing
  • Lots of cut up veggies
  • Mixed Cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine both tubes of crescent rolls together and mush onto greased cookie sheet. Bake @ temperature indicated on package or until golden brown.

  2. While baking, mix together cream cheese, sour cream and Italian dressing until combined.

  3. Spread on top of rolls when cooled.

  4. Top cream cheese and sour cream mixture with veggies. I like to use: shredded carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, diced bell peppers... basically anything you have on hand is super yummy.

  5. Top veggies with a mix cheese blend.

Thanks for hanging out with me another month! See you in March!

I have a recipe similar to this that we call summer pizza. Made much the same way, but without the dressing mix and added oregano and a little mayo in the “sauce”. I want to give your version a try, sounds SO good!
