I know we said we wouldn’t be posting for a few days to gear up for our GIVEAWAY coming up on Dec. 1st, but I HAD to share this with you. I am a decorating addict, and when I get this big of a deal on fabric, I canNOT keep it to myself.
I’ve been meaning to show you this absolutely perfect double wingback chair that I picked up a week or two ago at D.I. (similar to Goodwill) for only $25.00. I love it. I will be giving her a new face, and I have been searching for fabric for her.
Well, on black friday, I went to a fabric store called Calico Corner (awesome store…I was like a little kid on Christmas morning) however, the store fabrics are EX-PEN-SIVE. (ummmm try 75.00 a yard for some of them). Yet, still very fun for me to look through!
Well, back tucked in a corner was a small clearance section. I found this fabric for $2.00 a yard. Yep, I said $2.00 a yard. I am in love with it. I have been searching for an orange/vintage style fabric for this chair since the beginning of our acquantiance. It was meant to be.
Fabulous reupholstering fabric for only $2.00 a yard! I’m still spinning with excitement.
By the way, THIS post from little green notebook gave me the inspiration for what this chair is intended for in my home! Can’t wait to show you the end result!
