Are you in love with yellow? I have been talking to a lot of people lately that LOVE yellow, and I even got to help one of my friends with a fun YELLOW project that I’ll be posting about soon.
Check out this fun headboard. I think I’ve died and gone to heaven! This yellow VELVET tufted headboard is absolutely a-dorable! I’m in love. It was love at first sight. In fact, when I saw this headboard on Robin’s website Garage Sales R US, I immediately e-mailed her to see if she still had it. I thought she had made it! But, come to find out she found this bad boy at Habitat for Humanity’s Restore in Las Vegas for a mere $35.00! S.C.O.R.E.
My only downfall about this bad boy is that there is only one! Ha ha. I need two for my girls’ room. Stay tuned. I might try and make one to match. I love it THAT much!
Robin is a fellow St. Georgian who is amazing. She focuses her time on Garage saling, and who doesn’t love a good garage sale!?!? She is an ubber thrifty gal who searches Craigslist a lot and refinishes furniture too! Check out this amazing dresser set that she glammed up!! I LOVE IT! Refinishing furniture is my absolute favorite.
I bet you’ll never look at this type of dresser the same again!
For instructions on how Robin refinished these dressers, check out her tutorial.
She is doing a giveaway on her site right now, so you should definitely go check her out! Robin came to the 2012 Hoard Sale, and we have been friends ever since! She is sooo nice, and if you have never heard of her site you should go hang out there for awhile and check out her fun Fashion on a Dime series where she shows her cute fashion flare! I bet you’ve seen her pics on Pinterest! I love to feature amazing people here at ATT, and I know there are a LOT of amazing blogs out there that deserve it. Robin is fairly new to this blogging world, so don’t forget to leave her a comment to give her a little boost! After all, who doesn’t love a note from a friend, right!?!?
If you are a blog that deserves to be featured on All Things Thrifty, send me an email with links to your best one or two projects, and I’ll check you out.
