Great giveaway!! Why do I need a Cameo so badly? Only because it is the coolest crafty thing out right now. I know I’ll be disqualified coz I don’t live in the US but I just wanted to share that I bought one sometime ago and only got to use it for one project. Then it broke down and I couldn’t get it fixed because there were no service centers here in the UAE. I lost my money and I couldn’t afford to get it shipped back to the US for repairs and then pay again for return shipping. now there are so many projects I wished I could do like making decals for the house or screen printing patterns for some gifts I want to make. Wished silhouette would have a branch here in Dubai soon.

I would love to win a Silhouette Cameo because it's more than a 1-trick pony. My holiday table would look amazing! I just saw a cool idea to make decorative round place mats by using a specific brand of punch that punches around the edge of a circle. I immediately thought about how much easier they would be to make if I used a Cameo. And then, my mind skipped across the table… I could cut out coordinating place tags, I could cut out some vinyl shapes and make etched glasses (or etch some clear glass plates!), I could cut out some fabric shapes and applique them to a piece of cloth for a quick table runner. I could also cut out a vinyl expression to put on the way (something about the joy of giving, or friendship). And then, I could cut out a bunch of paper snowflakes and hang them in the windows. My mind is spinning with the possibilities!
I won't even talk about how I could label all of my jars and containers in the kitchen. Well, maybe just a little…Etched glass spice jars (mad using vinyl stencils)! Cute labels for all of the holiday preserves (I could eve do them as a print & cut) and baked goods! Coordinated kitchen linens (I could do a bit of iron on vinyl… maybe even flocked!).
Oh my… I think I'd better stop…
