Buttermilk Chicken Strips Recipe

Buttermilk Chicken Strips Recipe

Hi All! It’s Gina from Kleinworth & Co. Are you enjoying the fall weather? I sure love this time of year. We can break out the cozy slippers, make some hearty comfort food & really have some fun with football parties too. One thing we really love to make is this Buttermilk Chicken Strips Recipe. It’s one of those recipes that we make really often because not only is it great game day food, but it’s also a pretty easy dinner recipe too. You just can’t go wrong with crispy buttermilk chicken strips.

Best Buttermilk Chicken Strips Recipe

When I had my first job in a restaurant we were always allowed to order anything we wanted on the menu for our lunch break. I almost always got the chicken strips with a big boat of ranch dressing. It was the thing I looked forward to the most about my shift. That place made the most delicious chicken strips & so, of course, I still love them & look forward to them to this day. But now that we have moved away from where I grew up that restaurant isn’t near us & I had to learn to make my favorite chicken recipe myself.

How to make Buttermilk Chicken Strips

This recipe is pretty close to how I remember those strips. So crispy & juicy. Just the way you would expect chicken strips to be. Because we make them so much they have now also become a favorite for the kids too. Fortunately, the kids are all older now & so I taught them how to make them. It’s great that they can not only choose what we make for dinner (this recipe is almost always at the top of the list) and then prepare what they have chosen. It’s a win for me & they love being able to be at the center of the dinner prep. I just think it’s great that they can make some pretty awesome recipes like these strips either for game day or dinner!

Thank you so much for spending some time with me today. See you next time!
