DIY Zombie Makeup Tutorial

My daughter Oaklyn is a Zombie dancer in Odessey Dance Company’s Thriller production this year, and we have had a few questions about how she does her Zombie Makeup every night. So, I videoed her putting the makeup on so that you can see the process.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Let us know if you have any questions, and we will do our best to answer them!

PS Isn’t it weird to see our beautiful kids dress up all guts and gore for Halloween? I’m still wrapping my head around it! I kiiiiinda just wish they could be princesses and panda bears for Halloween.  Can I get an Amen?

xoxo,

Brooke

  1. Personally I enjoy doing different makeup looks because it’s fun & a challenge. But I’m a cosplayer so trying to come up with different ways to recreate a character is very important to me & also to always keep improving on it. I’m always adding to my costumes & looking up different crafts & techniques to try. It’s just so much fun & challenging in so many ways! The costume including makeup is one thing but I go in full character so I try to learn mannerisms, the way the character talks etc One Of The biggest challenges is not breaking character. It’s particularly hard to do when I’m cosplaying Wednesday Aadams. It’s really REALLY hard to try & stay straight face lol
