Wow! Can you guys believe it?? This blog post officially marks my 1 year of providing free printables for All Things Thrifty!
I hope you all have enjoyed it as much as I have!
October is my favorite time of year, for multiple reasons: fall, Halloween and my birthday, to name a few!
So, naturally, I really enjoy coming up with a free printable for this month! This one is no exception!
I’m combining my two loves: Halloween and Desserts!
These free cupcake toppers are the perfect addition to a sweet treat at your halloween party and they add a cute touch to any treat your kid has to take to their class.

As you can see, it’s easy to mix and match the Center Images with any color/pattern of outer circle you want! Simply cut out the templates and trace them onto your desired paper. Then take your chosen center to finish the topper off! I used those puffy adhesive circles to give my toppers a little more dimension and finished them off with a black-and-white striped paper straws to stick them into the cupcakes!
The combination possibilities are endless, really!
