Sassy Sauce!

Naughty kids are not fun!  Disciplining naughty kids is also not fun, maybe even more so!!!  (I know that makes no sense, but neither does parenting.)

I have stumbled upon the holy grail!  This beautiful miracle is called “Sassy Sauce”.

My sister has three young girls.  You can bet things get pretty sassy at her house.  When I was visiting her, my nieces started bickering.  One mention of sassy sauce had them apologizing to each other and running for the hills!  BRILLIANT!  She didn’t even have to use it!  I had to know more.

Sassy sauce is simple. The secret ingredient is…..(drum roll please)… VINEGAR! Yup, that’s all it is!  I like to put mine in a squirt bottle for easy aiming!

The days of washing mouths out with soap are over!

You do not have to feel guilty for disciplining anymore.  The best part of sassy sauce is that IT IS ACTUALLY REALLY, REALLY GOOD FOR THEM!

Parenting level: EVIL GENIUS!

There have been several studies about the health benefits of vinegar.  Potassium, magnesium, probiotics and enzymes help lower blood pressure, aid in digestion, and lower blood sugar levels. It even has antibiotic properties! Woo hoo immune system!

Sassy sauce is also good for thumb suckers, weaning toddlers off binkys or bottles! WINNING!

I stumbled upon a company called Hawk + Sloane on my sassy sauce journey.  They are a company that is “conquering parenthood one spray at a time”.  They sell a whole bunch of sprays.  My favorite (obviously) is their “Sassy Spray”. It has vinegar BUT, it also has Vita Veggie High Actives ®  which is a blend of  broccoli , tomatoes, carrots, spinach, kale, brussel sprouts, and onions. If that doesn’t straighten your kid out, I don’t know what will.

(This is NOT a sponsored post! I just really, honestly, like their products!)

They also sell Scary Spray to ward off monsters at bed time and Lice Spray which should be every parents best friend.
