Cranberry Pomegranate Salsa Dip

 

This Cranberry Pomegranate Salsa Dip is one of our family favorites. I’ve made it twice in the last week. It’s sooo yummy, and a huge crowd pleaser!

Pomegranate Cranberry Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • 3/4 cup Chopped fresh Cranberries
  • 2 Green Onions
  • 2 Tbsp Cilantro
  • 1 Jalepeno Seeded and Diced
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese

Instructions

  1. Chop cranberries in a food processor until extremely small. Add jalepeno, green onions, and cilantro to the cranberries and chop until fine. 

    Add lemon juice and sugar and then add pomegranates. 

    Spread cream cheese in the bottom of a 9x9 pan and pour salsa over.

    1. We love to use Black Pepper Olive Oil flavored Wheat Thins, but we also love original Wheat Thins or tortilla chips! YUM!

    Total crowd pleaser here in the twin cities, better if the Vikings were winning but also good it almost makes up for it!
